Booking & Deposit

 All reservations require a valid credit card and 50% deposit, we do not accept cash. Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival will qualify for a refundable deposit. A $50.00 security deposit will be applied at check in. The West Bank Inn is a pet-free facility. 

 

​Payment & Cancellation

All reservations require full payment one week prior to arrival, this will be charged to the card on file. Any cancellations after this time are nonrefundable. No shows and early departures will not be offered refunds.​ 

 

Check In & Check Out

Check-in is guaranteed between 3pm - 8pm. Check-out is at 11am. We do our best to accommodate early arrivals but cannot guarantee the availability. Please call to inquire. If you plan on arriving after 8pm please call ahead of time to arrange for a late check in. Our lobby is open daily from 9am to 8pm.​​ Late check out will be charged a $25 fee.
